We dropped off a car with a dent in the bumper that was hit in a parking lot while I was parked. The vehicle was older, but Gerber took the bumper off, removed 2 of the back windows, a panel and a tail light JUST to tell me the parts couldn't be found. What threw me off was that there was an estimate given for $1900 to fix a bumper?? The lady that help me said that there was no parts that could be found when I know for a fact there's a ton at the junkyard. The car was absolutely undrivable and no way to put back together because they broke most of the parts when they were removed all of that stuff for no reason. How were you able to give me an estimate when there was no parts available?? We were unable to salvage the car because of what Gerber did to it without doing due diligence before tearing the car apart. I was forced to buy another vehicle which I was not in a position to and I'm very very unhappy with service and the level of competence. I took before and after pictures of the vehicle if you're interested in it but I am definitely unsatisfied.
