The customer service was great. The timing and professionalism of the repair service was excellent. I thank them for the new windshield with the mirror it was more than perfect. I picked Gerber over Safelite due to the past Safelite would have wind coming into the window after replacing it. So, far I have not heard wind but I have not taken it on the road yet.
