I know Bill tried hard, but there were some concerning issues. Paint splatter was left on the headlight. Also, Bill told me the glass company ripped the tinting on the back window. Instead of informing me of this as it happened, Bill had the back window tinted locally with a low end dealer without my consent. I had the car specialty tinted down in Austin with a carbon/ceramic blend that no one carries in Killeen. Now, I have to get the car re-tinted in Austin on my own time. Gerber is reimbursing me for the expense, however I am concerned with Gerber's business ethics if they allow their employees to make these type of decisions without a customer's consent. I am hesitant to use Gerber Collision in the future as a result.

The customer service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions I had. They made the process too easy and The work done was completed a day early. I will be returning if I need work done, and will definitely recommend to others as well!

The office staff are very professional and treat you like a a family member or close friend. They treat you with respect. Very knowledgeable about the repair process. The body repair technicians do their best to repair your vehicle to the way it looked before it was damaged. You are in good hands when you choose this business.

I noticed that passenger side front qoauter panel is sitting higher than the driver side.My wife and daughter picked up the vehicle but did not notice it.I intended to take the vehicle back to the shop after the holiday.I hope this can be fixed. Thank You.

I love that they cleaned the car as well as they did after repairing my bumper. They gave me a ride home and were very courteous. Service was excellent, and the service updates were prompt. It looked like somebody waxed the truck and cleaned the interior as well. Everything was wiped down and cleaned. Totally unexpected. 5 out of five rating.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Even though my old truck was dirty, they cleaned it like it was a newer vehicle. The work itself was professionally done and looked excellent when everything was done. Ecxellent shop all around.
