No, interior was not cleaned until I asked Gerber staff to clean. Threshold of driver side and passenger seat was full of white dust...unacceptable! Car should have been inspected before turning over to customer.

I was initially upset because I was told I would have to be onsite to do a walkaround of my vehicle and point out damages. I wanted to drop off the vehicle for my convenience. After I thought about it, I understood why a business would want to come in verify damages and identify damages that were not apart of the accident. The rep onsite explained it to me and I had to apologize to the rep who answered the phone because I was wrong in my initial assessment. Afterwards, the process was smooth sailing.
