Very knowledgeable and happy to support my needs & answer my questions. You can even pick up & drop off rental car right there! Excellent from start to finish. I had the unfortunate experience of someone backing into my car. When I went to Lincoln, ca Gerber Collision I didn't know where to start, what to do. They are completely knowledgeable of the whole process. Not only did they patiently support me & answer all my questions, the did an excellent job of communicating every step of the way. This included, for the repair, with the liable insurance, my insurance and even the car rental. Being overwhelmed & stressed about the event, I wouldn't have made it if I had try to figure that all out & do all the communicating. (You can actually even pick up and drop off a rental right there! Special.thank you to Mike & Brittany! Finally, my car looks like brand new. I so grateful!

The reception on the whole was very warm .It was a very good experience dealing with Mike and The secretary who I believe was called Preety although I stand corrected and apologize upfront.I will recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues
