Every time I called, people were nice to me. If they didn't know an answer, they would find somebody that did. It is rare to find that, as people tend to just make things up. Can't express enough how wonderful the entire staff was.

picked up car on Friday and once frost melted over the weekend, became apparent that a material was adhered to the top if trunk. I could not get it off with water & I called Gerber back. i went back today and the repair rep Shonn said he couldn't fix it. It wasn't there when we left at the shop. So we are just supposed to live with it?.
