The most important thing is getting the work done correctly. The other things are annoyances, but I would caution someone about them.

Looks like the repair itself is good as new. When I picked up the car I noticed that there were some minor scratches on an area adjacent to the repair that must have been there from an unrelated collision. I wish that had been noticed when the car was all taken apart anyway, and would have gladly paid a bit more for that area to be repaired at the same time.
