The service was great. The repair looks nice and the vehicle was very clean. A part was broken in the repair process and we were charged for that. And dealing with the customer service end was not pleasant.

The quote appointment we made was for one time and when we arrived, we were told we were late. The positive side to that was they squeezed us in. Next, we made an appointment for the repairs. They called because something was broken during repair. The woman on the phone was very rude when I didnât hear who she was. She was rude again when asked about payment. Overall, I would say the interaction with her was unpleasant.

The car was dirty when I picked it up. A lot of last-minute stuff the last two days. Fit on the right fender isnât very good. Had to come back and get headlights adjusted. Then had to readjust myself the next day.
