It is a nuisance having to bring in your car in for repair when an accident is someone else’s fault. However, American family and Gerber made this as good an experience as possible. It was very easy to drop the car off and I appreciated the email updates on the status. The office person at Gerber is very friendly.

The only TINY piece of disappointment I have is that my popsocket stand on my dashboard was broken by someone. This is not a huge deal as it can easily be replaced, I just wish I didn't have to pay for another one but oh well! Accidents happen.

I had such a great experience with Gerber! From the moment I called until the moment I drove away with my fixed car eveyrone was incredibly helpful and kind! Your customer service is fantastic! I also noticed that my car was cleaned for me inside and out! You even got the remains of a long gone bumper sticker off! My heroes! I will definitely be using your services again whenever I need body work. I will also be recommending you to friends and family.
