I think my situation was weird, but there was a lack of communication that caused my car to be sitting for a while with no work done. I had not been contacted by anyone, and the process could have been expedited. The staff worked with me through the end, though, and made it a more satisfying appearance. Overall, I am happy with the condition of my vehicle.
