It is very difficult to get in touch with the Park St location. When they are on the phone, the calls go directly to a national call center. This happened every time I called. The folks at the national call center are friendly and tell me they will send an email to the Park St location. However, the Park St location does not receive those emails. The first phone call I ever received was when my car was done. It was there 2.5 weeks, with a couple of delays. But there was zero communication from them. The repair was done well but I will not bring a vehicle to Gerber again.
