Work was done beautifully and I'm very satisfied. However, I felt frustrated by the estimated time/communication. I was told this paint repair would take about a week, however, my car wasn't even touched for nearly a week. I had to call to get more information, as it was not proactively done. I understand repair shops have been inundated this year with hail damage, but the lack of communication or accuracy in the estimate of timing was stressful to try to navigate. Again, I'm very happy with the work that was done and I'm grateful for the craftsmanship/artistry.

Overall very happy with the work that was done. But, a couple of things. We were a little surprised at the repair time of two weeks for what was a fairly minor repair, which then ended up being two weeks plus an extra day to finish. Also, I noticed a small door ding on the door that was repainted. Somewhat disappointed that that didn't get repaired.
