There is a film on driver's side mirror and a few smudges by the speedometer. They won't come off. I'll have to call to make an appointment to bring it in. Also inside vehicle, the new windshield was very dusty

Front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Received a message that the car would be ready on the 8th but received a call early on the 4th that the car was completely ready. If I need to have other body work down I will be returning here.

Everyone I met at Gerber Collision on Wayne Terrace in Madison WI was FANTASTIC! Shout-outs to Anthony, Kalea and Rhiann. They went over the top in their kind explanations and treatment of me, and acknowledging my patience with little gifties. The only blip on my happiness radar was that, the first time, they missed the giant scratch on my front passenger door, which left me without the right to another rental car through Allstate. (I was able to borrow my kid's car, so no worries.) I can't say enough about how professional they are and what great care they took, both of me and my little car! Thank you to all the employees, seen and unseen, that made something tedious into a pleasant experience.

Not everything was repaired. The tech pointed out damage that was not fixed when I picked up my car. There are scratches and tool marks from where the team installed the new rear window and windshield. There is still broken glass that is caught in the rear hatch. They broke the clips off the bolt cover on the rear passenger side hatch. They broke the latch on the trunk cover and now it can’t be removed. The windshield wipers are not adjusted correctly and they hit the frame when on add they don’t sit correctly in the off position. The original rear window was tinted add the replacement window is not. The only way I could get a hold of the shop was to actually go to the shop if I had questions.
