Customer service was great. It just took so long to repair due to back log of other cars. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, between Gerber and Liberty Mutual. After speaking to my contact at Gerber, it was smoother going forward.

It was a pleasure working with Gerber even though I kept changing the dates that I was going to bring my car in probably about four times val did it with a smile on her face. And then when I needed it in an emergency rush they did that for me too thank you very much Gerber.

Andre and the receptionist were wonderful. They were very informative. Kept me updated, explained everything so well. they arranged for a rental car. The facility looked very clean and most of all my car looks fabulous! I highly recommend them!

Repairs took longer than initially estimated despite an update saying things were ahead of schedule. Wasted time and money picking up a vehicle without a working air conditioner despite it working when the vehicle was dropped off. The turn signal on the passenger side mirror isn't working despite (to my knowledge) working prior to dropping it off for repair.

Did not receive many updates throughout the process, often initiating contact myself. I feel like the vehicle wasn't inspected thoroughly (air conditioner issue, blinker still not working) after repair, resulting in water time and money. I didn't feel like the air conditioner repair was treated with urgency and resulted in another week without the car (4days beyond the initial estimate, which I felt like was already pretty long).
