The delivery was 10 days late. I had to pick up my car in a snow storm. Ferber over promised and under delivered.

I was told by 2 people I would have all new parts on my car. This was a lie. Some used after market parts were used. Had I known this I would have taken my car somewhere else. They were supposed to detail my car. They didn't. They left pop that was spilled due to the accident, in my cupholder for over a month. It was frozen in it. My dashboard now rattles when I drive the car. They kept telling me dates when my car would be ready and then never updated me on the status. It doesn't even matter that Gerber has warrantee on the work they did I will never take my car back there. To top it off after I paid my deductible and left with the car I received a phone call thinking it would be a manager apologizing for the experience I had instead it was to tell me that they forgot to charge me additional money and wanted to charge my credit card. I was very upset. Considering my insurance company told me all I owed was the $250 deductible. After telling gerber I wouldn't pay anything additional and to talk to my insurance company they sent me a text telling me they were going to take me to court. I have never worked with an auto body shop that was so unprofessional. I do not want to receive any more texts from your place of business.
