Very friendly and helpful. They knew I was having a hard time of it; I had explained that I hadn’t cleaned the inside of my car for over a year. It was spotless when I got inside. So appreciative! I was kept informed as the repair progressed, and they moved it along because they knew I was paying out of pocket and getting a rental car. Fairly priced. Only place I will go.

Very helpful. Because I was paying out-of-pocket, they moved it through as quickly as possible. When I dropped off my car, I expressed my dismay that I had not been able to clean the interior of my car due to some difficulties I had been facing. When I picked up my car, the interior was clean. That was such a nice surprise and was very appreciated! Gerber is my go-to place if I ever need collision repair service again.

Total lack of communication with my estimater. Truck was dropped off Feb 13 pickup Mar 30. While the truck was in I had some extra out of pocket work I wanted done. Mentioned it when I dropped it off. A few days later I stopped by estimater was at ask other estimater to have my estimater call me. No call. Called a few days later. Talked to my estimater about extra work. Was never contacted with an estimate. Next contacted truck was done. The entire original bed was sprayed with the spray on bedliner product. The tailgate which was replaced three years earlier was done in black. I would have thought that the procedure would be contact me discuss what to do. I would have been happy with doing the front bed panel and the rest of the bed black to match the tailgate. I sorry but I feel the job was not complete.

The nicest people work in this shop. The day I dropped my truck off, it was after hours. I had my bicycle with me and the employee, never caught his name, even offered to give me a lift home. The work performed in getting the front end of my truck in shape was top notch. I really want to thank you all for the work and attention to detail out into my ride and especially thank you all for your kindness.
