My center lug cap came back broken. I called and spoke with someone about the issue. The only thing that was said to me was, “We didn’t touch your front wheel.” Any person knows their vehicle from one end to the other. I did a thorough inspection before I submitted my claim. I don’t know what happened. It’s only $56 to replace and I will take care of it. Other than that, the shop did an excellent job on my vehicle and the turnaround time was outstanding.

Quality work was excellent but communication as to why AllState accidentally cancelled the assignment to Gerber was not conveyed immediately to me. I had to call Gerber just to find out All State cancelled by mistake

Gerber did a great job on my car repairs. They kept me informed daily by text on the status of my repairs and when it would be completed. They were very reasonable on their cost for repairs.
