Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but the repair took longer than estimated due to not having the parts on hand. I am disappointed that the parts were not ready, especially since you could not schedule the repair until six weeks after the estimate. But I do appreciate that you went out of your way in the rain to replace my windshield wipers. That was very kind.

Repairs on exterior are great. My family is impressed. I gave a 9 because my driver seat molding (where the seat controls are) has a broken clip to attach it properly to the seat. Also, my back seats are missing clips to properly attach it to the car (however, the back seats could have been prior and I just never noticed).

Every thing went wrong it took me 5 weeks to get my car in. Once I got in for repairs it stay in the shop for another 5 week, I would be happy to get my 100.00 deductible send back to me

The car was given back to me with trash in the center console, and dust from the body work all in my car, there is a run in the paint at the bottom of the door, and the customer service could be a bit better in that the people should be a little more nice (there was just one that I didnât feel was very nice).
