Car looks good but the timeframe and the lack checklist for damages other then grossly obvious is unacceptable. Clearly no one test drove my car after initial cosmetic repairs. Suspension was damaged, alignment damaged, again no one listened to me when I brought the car in for repair. You were recommended to me, I will not pass on that recommendation, I will caution people not to use you.

Initially only grossly visible damage repaired. When I was told it was ready for pick up I had to point out the damages again and ask what else had been missed? I was not impressed, I was without my car for 3 1/2 weeks. My car was supposed to be moved to another Murfreesboro location to expedite repairs, it was not.
