All I can say, is so far so good! My estimator, Jason, explained the entire process to me and answered any and all questions. He said it would be 3-4 days, and I had it back the 4th day. The repair looks great, and the color match on the bumper valance matches the sheet metal perfectly. The finish is flawless, and they took the time to wash my truck for me. On drop off Monday, the office staff messaged Enterprise, and they came and picked me up for my rental. Pick up on Thursday was just as easy as drop off, and the staff took care of letting Enterprise know the rental was back. This was my first experience with Gerber, as I’ve always used a locally owned collision repair, and was a little apprehensive using a “big box” repair center. I shouldn’t have worried, as Jason was part of the staff when Gerber bought the family-owned shop. I hope I don’t need collision repair again, but if I do, it’s going to Gerber on N. Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN. Thank you to Jason, the office staff, and all the techs!!

Highly recommend this gerber collision. My car was ready ahead of schedule and they did a great job of assessing and fixing all the damage. Car looks brand new again and the paint matching is perfect. Also they are great at communicating with you during the repair process, awesome people.
