Excellent service! This was my first time ever having to go through the process of a car accident and I must say Gerber Collision & Glass definitely made this experience a lot more easier. I know I got there just as Gerber was closing, but fortunately, the gentleman that was there was able to assist the person checking me out who was trying to charge me the full amount versus my deductible and the amount my insurance cut me a check for. The estimate ended up being more with additional work needed, and that does not come out of my pocket and I was explaining that but the person who was checking me out was telling me that the deductible doesn’t apply. Fortunately, someone else was there to point out that that was not the case, and that I only owed the amount that I owed, which was $1346 or something around there otherwise I think it would’ve been challenging to resolve the issue I’m very happy though with my repairs and it was done before I expected it to be ready
