There is a loose screw in the rear lift gate door which rolls around when door lifts (it is a brand new door). Also the paint on the bumper is incorrect. It is painted to look like there is a bead of caulk between the white body color and the gray rubber bumper trim.

Staff has been friendly when I have called. Shop manager agreed job was done incorrectly. He told me to bring car back on Mon 9/8 at 7:30 am and he'd have a loaner for me and would correct both the door and bumper issues.

Very pleasant experience from the initial phone call to the pickup. Calls answered immediately. Professional and caring staff. Vehicle looks like new...a day early. My experience has been exemplary. I'm happy that they're a USAA and a Lexus preferred body shop.
