I rated a 6 due to being told by the person who called to tell me the vehicle was ready that I could sign the insurance check over to Gerber. When I arrived to do so, I was told by the girl at the front desk that that was not allowed. Her attitude was somewhat combative. When I agreed to pay with a credit card the total was different than the check. If it were my business, I would not have her in contact with the public.
