I was extremely impressed and satisfied with service I received . All along they kept me informed of the progress on my car and the expected time of completion. Adrian was my contact person there and explained exactly what needed to be done to the car. He was very helpful and professional. The final repair was done to my full satisfaction. The driver side front hubcap that got scraped up on the barrier during the accident was not fixed. I had shown the gentleman when I had dropped the car what got damaged during the accident in the driver side and yet it wasn't fixed.

I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the repair quality. When I arrived at the facility after my collision, I was told by one of the representatives that Gerber is very experienced and good at what they do and that after they were done with my car, I would not even remember I had an accident. They said it would be exactly in the condition it was before (and my car is pretty new). Well, I am so pleased to say that they delivered on that promise 100%. Even the paint is a match and well-blended. Excellent job! Couldn’t be happier!

The representatives are patient, thorough and professional. They are always available to answer your queries and provide updates. They speak to you with compassion and understanding and never make you feel like a bother for calling. I want to specifically mention Mark who did not leave me stranded after my accident even though it was closing time. If it wasn’t for him, I would have been stuck on the street with my car because it was a holiday weekend. I also want to express immense thanks to Adrian who kept me calm after the accident and during the repair process. He made a very stressful situation so much easier to navigate. He answered all my questions, returned my calls and consistently kept me informed. He reassured me of the great work Gerber can do and that the people working on my car were highly skilled and experienced professionals. That really put my mind at ease. Both the customer service and repair results exceeded my expectations.
