Great experience with Palatine Gerber Collision & Glass. I was so upset that my car was damaged, but I wouldn't go to anywhere else, ever. Everytime I called to check in or return a message, Dominique was so polite, cheery, and pleasant. The crew kept me updated by text messages all along the way as well as voice messages from Robert and Julian keeping me always informed of the status of my repair. Two really incredible things that i want to point out as well... an after market front bumper was only approved by my insurance. When that bumper came in, and the Palatine crew put it on, they didn't like how it fit and looked, so they called my insurance and got them to approve a new bumper from the dealer. Another thing is this awesome crew, got my car repair finished a week early. Hands down, the best crew in town. My 2020 automobile looks brand new. Thanks for a great, remarkable, amazing experience-

my stolen catalytic converter was fixed quick but Gerber unable to help me put a protection on my new parts. With the theft that has been going on a lot, I would expect GERBER offer a cat's protection to avoid another theft in the future. I think GERBER should offer that all the cars that has stolen catalytic.
