Parts were the biggest holdup naturally because some of these pieces are in high demand and tariffs just make everything worse on the repair front. However this shop was top notch from top to bottom. Kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was completely satisfied before taking it home. Sam was an absolutely awesome tech who’d id absolutely work with again but Lord willing, I won’t need to! Thanks again team!

The only thing I’d say is that I was a little disgruntled at how long it took to even get an estimated finish time, but I’m assuming it was because of waiting on parts or something else preventing the labor from being started, in which case, is totally fine. My car looks a lot better than when I brought it in and I wasn’t expecting the cleaning service to be provided too, which I was extremely happy and appreciative of.

The pure EASE of being able to just call Gerber and a human answers. Please don't ever change that. Every interaction i had was positive, right down to picking it up.
