Overall it was a great experience, we had a hangup with some traffics but they handled it and got me back my rig to me I a timely fashion. Updates could have been better but overall happy with your service.

It took much longer than originally discussed. The rim damage I pointed out during drop off when completing the damage map was never addressed. When pointed out when I picked up my vehicle I was told they would call me the next morning and I didn’t receive anything. Over 17K and they never addressed the rim damage or even did a paint touch up. There were tiny pin points on the front bumper where debris nicked the paint that could have been easily touched up with paint but that wasn’t addressed. There was just a lack of attention to detail and care.
