You did not put the bumper back on correctly. You gave me some half baked excuse that Collision wasn’t caused by the accident. however you never called me and told me how much extra it would be to put on the bumper correctly. Furthermore, the repair was north $4000 with a $800 deductible. You could’ve treated the customer a little bit better at & attached the bumper like it was supposed to be done
