Gerber had to work around a part that was not available (factory had burned), and accomplished the repair in an earlier time frame than quoted so that we could use the truck on a long planned trip. They kept us in the loop for how the repair was going. Greatly appreciated the information.

Gerber made the whole process easy and painless. I got constant automated and in-person updates. The work was finished before the promised date with good quality. They even washed and cleaned the car for me and gave it back to me in better shape than it arrived. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I give Gerber a 10 for getting my car repaired quickly. Although, when I picked my car up the panels were not lined up correctly. My car was taken back inside for about 10 minutes to align the panels. Upon inspection after it was realigned, it was still not completely aligned. I was told it is impossible to get it aligned completely. As I was getting into my car to leave I noticed a smudge on the passenger door that was not there before. I was able to rub it out. When I got home I noticed a good amount of blood on the passenger side where the last adjustment was made to the body panels. When I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up I expected my vehicle to have been through a quality inspection. And also there is over spray on the inside weather stripping on the back hatch. I hope this survey will help with your future customers.
