Gerber was solid across the board, from customer service (detailed updates on work, expected day of completion) to the exception quality of their work - my truck is like brand new again. They made the process of working with my insurance company seamless, and knew about all of Honda's requirements for recalibration of sensors / laser cruise control system. Highly recommend.

The repair was great, the guy that helped me was fantastic and amazing. The girl that sits at the front desk is borderline rude. Doesn’t even look up at you, has no joy in her voice and seems like she is miserable being there. She doesn’t match the good energy of the rest of the people at Gerber
