Firstly, I was highly recommended by a trusted source 50 miles away and he loved his experience, located this service center close to me, and I immediately followed up. THEN, it was great from the first call.....Val is amazing.... kind and calm and very good at taking care of making sure I was all set. Ryan is my service manager and handled all my questions from the estimate to the repairs, and I even added on a front end repair when I felt so comfortable that I was in a place that was friendly, competent, caring, and considerate in all areas.... 1. clean and comfortable waiting room and the working garage looked great. 2. Each person working there looked happy and were willing to greet me kindly even as they simply walked by. (it's nice to feel welcomed :) 3. Ryan was incredibly service oriented and casually excellent in every way - he took care and used precision in each step of the way while being nice about it all. 4. I called often to check the status in hopes of completing the repairs before the weekend, and Ryan didn't mind, he kept me informed without making promised - very professional! 6. I got a call about a damaged grill that was not evident until they took the car apart and the way it was explained made it easy to agree to extending my repair to include the part. 5. MY CAR LOOKED AMAZING, and was vacuumed, and the dashboard was wiped down to make it extra nice when I got into my car to leave. BOTTOM LINE - THIS LOCATION MASTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERED A BEAUTIFUL RESULT. I'M SO PLEASED. THANK YOU. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS TEAM. GERBER CORPORATE CAN BE VERY PROUD OF THEM!!!
