Stephan explained the procedure carefully at the start and kept me updated on when my car would be ready. He sorted out my confusion over an email my claim adjuster had sent me by phoning the adjuster and speaking directly to him. Stephan then told me exactly what the adjuster had meant, easing my mind and ending my confusion. He also explained what "letting the paint cure" meant when the car was being released earlier than originally expected. Both those explanations were a tremendous relief. He is great at customer service. We are also very satisfied with the quality of the repairs, and grateful that such care was taken.

The "collision" occurred on Friday and we planned to go on vacation Wednesday. They did everything possible to insure we were able to retrieve our car and return the rental so we could leave as planned. This saved us a 4.5 drive back to Portland to pick up our car and return the rental. We were very satisfied and grateful for their work.
