Times given for completion kept changing and I had to work with car rental to accommodate. Car had problems at pick up. I am still trying to get resolved.

During the repair, they broke the a/c and now it’s not blowing cold air. The a/c was working perfectly when we dropped the car off. I picked up the car last Friday afternoon and the a/c is not working. Now, I can’t get anybody at the shop to answer the phone.
