SUPERB customer service experience provided by Courtney, Jamel, and Cory !! Despite I was inconvenienced by not having my car for awhile, I had a very pleasant experience with the Gerber Collision crew, during the intake process, Courtney was very professional, patient, polite, and accommodating, and Jamel and Cory were extremely transparent and informative about the status of my repairs, they would give me a weekly progress report call, which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. I received my vehicle in tip-top condition, they performed the work as promised and beyond, I'm not sure, but I think they even filled my gas tank. In the very near future, I'm taking my car back to have some non-critical repairs done. Well Done Gerber Collision, Well Done !!!

They were so accommodating from the beginning. They called and kept us informed of the progress. They promised the work would be done by a certain date and it was. Very professional. I would highly recommend them, great work. The only bad experience was the car rental which they did their part in reserving a car for us way in advance, however when we got there no car available and had to wait quite awhile before one became available. No fault of Gerber, they did their part. I would highly recommend them for collision repairs.
