There was a delay with the completion of my vehicle that caused me to have issues with my rental. Ricky at Gerber was amazing with taking care of 3 of the days. My only issue is that I was notified my vehicle was ready in the middle of the day and was told that I would have to get it by the end of that day to avoid being charged an additional rental day that Gerber would not cover. Since y’all close at 5pm and I get off work at 5pm, it was impossible for me to get there and avoid another day of rental. I think for vehicles completed in the middle of the day, a grace of at least 24hrs should be given in these type of situations.
