The work took a bit longer than expected and some of parts I provided went missing, as well as parts that didn’t need replacement got replaced. But all in all the quality of work was great and they helped me order new parts without hesitation or compromise. Would recommend.

My experience was fine. Not amazing. My car was done 3 days later than was initially estimated, which was not a problem except for I had to call at the end of each day to check in. When I picked my car up there was a bunch of papers in my front seat which included estimates for someone else which contained their name and address. I would assume that type of info would be kept safe. I had to ask to be shown the repairs that were made and there is one dent that I thought was part of the repair, but it was not fixed. It’s not worth it to me to get another rental and not have my car for several more days.

During the repair, I was told that genuine OEM parts would be used on my vehicle. However, when I picked it up, both the invoice and the parts installed on the car showed that generic aftermarket parts had been used instead. Besides being of lower quality, the replacement parts also had cosmetic defects. The paint was dripping in some areas and had noticeable imperfections and rough spots in others. I brought the vehicle back so they could correct the paint issues and replace the part again. They claim the replacement is now an OEM part, but I honestly don't believe it is. They showed me an invoice, but the part looks exactly the same as the previous one. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I sincerely doubt I would recommend this shop to anyone or return for future repairs.

The staff also tried to mislead me about the paint issues by blaming them on the replacement part and the supposed factory primer that it came with, which is simply not true. In addition, they seemed annoyed when I reminded them that I had been told genuine OEM parts would be used on my vehicle.

Quality of work was poor. Door doesn't properly align. Paint wasn't the best. Took way to long for such a small repair. I'll never to go back for repairs.

I have never before had such a perfect experience with getting my car fixed. It was so easy. I dropped my car off & immediately a man from a car rental company appeared and I had a car. The communication was unparalleled in my experience (and I have many, many years of experience) with daily text messages keeping me informed of progress. Every single person I dealt with was unflaggingly professional and engaging. The candy bowl must be mentioned. Mmmm.
