The front desk scheduling person was awesome, she helped squeeze me into the schedule when I really needed a quick turnaround. The work was done well and you refused to use the reconditioned parts the insurance co wanted so I appreciated that. There was a delay but only because the new parts came in unsatisfactory condition so I appreciated that as well. Communication was great throughout the process. The car came out better than it was before the accident. Great work!

Very very happy with the services provided! The car came out great and Rick did a great job keeping me updated along the way for any unexpected delays due to receiving parts or anything else.
