Gerber was so easy to work with after our car was hit and needed to be repaired. The Ballard location was friendly, professional, and kept us up to date on scheduling. Hopefully we won't be in a situation to need their services anytime soon, but we'd happily go back after our experience.

👍 Work progress, via SMS text, was timely very much appreciated 👍 Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with 👍 Work was finish ahead of time by four days 👎 Car door was replaced, but there was a minor fitment issue that required the customer to wait 10 minutes for readjustment; causing customer late for his work meeting. My car was involved in a small accident with another driver and their insurance brought me to this location of Gerber. I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the speed of the repair — but even more so the people who staff this location are super lovely. I mostly interfaced with Aracely and Jason and they were not only super communicative but also helped me coordinate with the rental car company to pick up my rental at their location so I didn’t have to drive with my infant to multiple places. Highly highly recommend!

Once again, a job well done! I was in need of a new driver's side door mirror that was vandalized and they came to my rescue by fitting me into their schedule. They completed the job and allowed me to keep my car overnight at the shop due to the extreme heat and having to take the bus to pick up my car. They also washed my car again. This was my second time using Gerber Collision and Glass in Crown Hill and I will continue to go to them in the future. Jason and Araceli are always very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated the regular updates. Very pleased that it was done early! The work looks great and really appreciated the little step of using some acetone to wipe off some of the minor scratches that we picked up just since we had the estimate

Very happy w service and frequent updates throughout. One small thing: day after I picked it up, I realized that the bottom black plastic plate on the driver side was not reconnected to the other underlying black plastic pieces. I guess you called them mud guards? A little gorilla tape and we were good, but just wanted to mention that. Thanks again, Nolan
