Trevor managed all aspects of the work well. As a courtesy he temporarily taped the broken front bumper even before the work was assigned. He provided a detailed scope and fair expectation of work. He took care of keys I left behind in car. Everything was done as promised and looks good. It would have been nice to have a light vacuuming of the insides of the car done upon delivery, especially the driver / front passenger side, although I would not expect this. Overall I am satisfied with everything.
