James was so amazing he kept in contact through it all always answered my questions I super appreciate all the hard work he put unto getting the car all mixed and the mechanics that put it all together and fixed up the paint the car looks and drives better than ever I super appreciate everything you all have done I will definitely be coming back eventually if need body work done thank you all

Gerber on Thorndike, this specific location is amazing. They are overly communicative and just on top of things, updating us every step of the way. Honestly, I can’t think of a better experience you can have with a repair shop. Our Nissan Rogue has been fixed there multiple times and it always goes smoothly. I hands-down recommend this place, my adjuster this past time was named James. Kudos to him for five star excellence.
