Gerber made the repair process smooth and seamless. Joseph was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. The repair was completed at least 5 business days in advance and for that I want to thank everyone at Gerber Collision and Glass. If I ever have auto-body damage in the future, I will be bringing my vehicle back to Gerber.

Joseph and the staff at this Gerber location were outstanding - very professional and friendly. Joseph was great at the initial estimate process, keeping me informed, and came through with my car being fixed at least 5 days before the promise date - this is unheard of and a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be back to Gerber if I need any other work done!

The fix seems flawless. Did not identify any issues. The car seems to be washed and cleaned which I didn't expect. Great work on the fix and going above and beyond for also cleaning both the interior and exterior of my car.

I disagree with the construct of this survey, as the previous screen was a simple "yes or no" question. I answered "yes" as it seemed most consistent with my initial impression. However, that leads to this screen, assuming I am "completely satisfied." That is an illogical overreach based the previous simple question. I am impressed with the quality of work on first glance. However, I won't know how well the alignment and/or any underlying issues have been addressed until I've had time to drive it some distance. I like James, though. He is very professional.
