When I picked up my vehicle I first noticed a few small bumps on the paint job like particles got painted into the finish, Second I noticed a puncture hole in the rear middle seat in the headrest, and third thing is that the interior of the car is completely filthy, covered in dust caused by the work done. All the controls, seats interior doors, steering wheel, vents completely covered in dirt and dust. That is not how I left the car with them. This is comparable to a contractor doing repairs in your home and not cleaning up after themselves.

I have had work done by Gerber in the past and was satisfied with the service and this time I had the same experience. The adjuster Salena Rosales continually updated me regarding the status of the repair and had the vehicle completed in the time frame quoted when I dropped the car off.

The customer service was the best that I have experienced in years. Selena is a treasure and I hope she is well compensated for what she does. The repair was done in about half the estimated time which was wonderful. Selena is an excellent communicator. If she says she's going to call you or communicate with you she does that is invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone for a repair.
