No one called me before my car was even fixed. I had to call to get an idea when it might be ready. No one seemed very friendly or happy to help except the receptionist.

The guy said he called me when he never did. He said the car just needed to be painted then 4 days later said they found new damage and the car won't be done for another week. Spoke with the manager and he got the car done in three days. Customer service guys lie!
