my interaction with Gerber through Angelica was exemplary. She was concise, detailed, friendly, and thoroughly professional.. It wasn’t her fault that it took longer to get the door that was required. And when I got the car back, it looked better than it ever had when it was brand new. I had no idea you would more or less detail it before I got it back, but I was absolutely delighted and remain delighted.

I experienced great customer service, clear communication, and a good estimate on my vehicle. Everything was done a little sooner than expected so I was very pleased to have it back a little sooner. I will definitely be returning for any needs I may come across in the future and recommend to friends and family. My vehicle looks brand new, I couldn't even tell there was damage done. And they gave her a nice little bath before returning. :)
