My vehicle was returned to me in even greater condition than before the accident. My tires were repaired when they didn’t need to be free of charge, though I’m sure that was partially to get rid of a time waster. But the thought is appreciated nonetheless. In addition to that my vehicle was vacuumed and freshly washed all around, some of the pen marks for prior deficiencies were still present but that’s not an inconvenience. I would happily recommend Gerber to friends and family.

Took a long time but your staff was great. Dan called with updates even tho I never answered he was always pleasant on my vm. I hate answering the phone. And you’re front desk girl with the fun hair was THE NICEST! She deserves some recognition.

I'll never go there again and I'll tell everybody I know about the crappy service you provide informed my insurance company about it .they we're very interested in hearing about my visits .and by the way it took me 5 minutes to fix my fog lights
