At Gerber,,, Quality of repair is just one of thier highest priorities. They kept me informed every step of the way with texts. My vehicle looks as if nothing happened. They are not repair people, they are craftsman people. There is a major difference. It shows.

Great experience! The car looks like new. The Gerber team really did a great job with my vehicle from start to finish. The quick response from the initial call, tow truck driver was at my house within 30 minutes. The customer service team was outstanding and Michelle was very accommodating with detailing the Gerber team's work. The only minor thing was the lengthy wait for the repair.It cost more than I expected for the car rental. Overall great work and customer care..Gerber's business model is outstanding.

The customer service team was outstanding! The car looks fantastic. Michelle explained the repairs in great detail , knowledgeable and she was very accommodating. Great response from the team as the car was towed almost immediately after the initial phone call. The only downside was the duration of the repair at 24 days incurring additional rental car expenses. 9 out of 10 I would recommend Gerber to friends and family.

Another estimate we received put the total price at half the cost. Using A.I technology using specific conditions of the damaged vehicle had the price at about half as well. You charged 39 hours of labor which seems to be more than double what other sources estimate. And rental company you work with never had a vehicle at 0 cost, it's always 20-30 more a day than what insurance will pay . The work so far seems good although I haven't driven it yet personally. Also the adjuster seemed to have known the labor cost before job was even close to being finished. This is Steven 7164492570
