I was rear ended twice in a 14 day period. The worst luck especially when my car only has 9k miles. Dawn and the team made the process easy and stress free. The car doesn’t show any signs of either repair which is the best result. While both experiences were great I do hope I do not need to return, but seriously if another person rear ends me I will know the crew at Gerber on NF BVLD will take care of everything for me .

Great group to work with. As we have not been in an accident for many years they toke the time to explain the process. I decided they would be better than going to the dealership. Work was done on time and looks brand new. They take pride in the work. Highly recommend.

DAWN is your saving grace when your automated computer system stopped communicating about my car. 15 days for a former 2 day fix is unacceptable. A $1,500 headlight is horrendous...I need to see the road, for $1500 It should light up an air field. Everything that could go wrong with headlights ordered did. The check engine light in the car is on and has not turned off yet. Dawn is your light. Pay her more. Be thankful for her. The communication outside of her was not good.

Thank you for all the work you did. We appreciate you guys but the rubber part in the trunk still looks messed up and the part of the trunk hatch that was crack was very obviously just welded back together and not replaced. Maybe a stranger couldn’t tell it was in an accident but I can. No biggie I guess just a little disappointed.
