Down the front desk, person was extremely pleasant and accommodating, and gentlemen, the mechanic that check the car out was very pleasant

Done at the front desk, extremely polite, courteous, and professional very helpful. I feel I should have been told exactly and showing exactly the parts that have to be repaired and been informed why by the mechanic and this was not done. When I picked up the car, the gentleman was very nice and the car does look presentable. I’m not an expert on these things so I don’t know if it’s done perfectly but it looks very nice. They had to keep the car longer than they thought because paperwork apparently didn’t get processed by GEICO as soon as they have thought it would be done. Everything was taken care of, however very nicely, and I was given a call to the effect of when I could pick it up.
