Everyone that I met was absolutely amazing. From the distress I faced after my car was hit, to the rental car enterprise cooperation, to the constant up to date text messages, to picking my car up; everyone was just so wonderful to me. I had an issue originally picking up my car, as I was unhappy with an after market part, but Dawn at the front desk and Kyle the manager were so generous and empathetic with me. They totally understood my concerns and took care of all of the insurance, rental car issues, etc. going forward, until my car was 100% back to its original condition. After this hiccup, I can proudly say I am a satisfied customer. This after market part issue with my car made me stay in my rental car for another week, but those two individuals kept me up to date on my cars progress, so it was less stress for me. Because of them, I felt confident in the service I was receiving. Now my car has the OEM fender on and I am a very happy customer. I will absolutely be returning to the Wheatfield location if I ever run into further issues. And I will 100% recommend this location to others. I have been so pleased with their customer service and attentiveness to detail in my car. Please give a kudos to Dawn and Kyle for me! They truly worked so hard on the customer service portion of the recent White Subaru Impreza. Please thank all of the technicians as well. I do not know their names, but everything looks good on my vehicle now. Thank you all so very much!
