They lied when I cane for the estimate telling me the shop handles all repairs- mechanical included. Then, refused to diagnose a fluid leak which my mechanic repaired the day I picked up my car.

Poor communication, waited days after the repair was approved to begin, never called when they said, treated me like I was crazy for asking what they found wrong. They also lied to me about my tow being covered before even asking my insurance company. Finally, you offered to cover 3 days of my rental because of the delay. When I picked up my car I was told they didn’t know how to accomplish it. Why offer what you can’t provide?

I actually have to contact them again. I just picked up my car tonight and it is pulling to to right and there is a noise on the left front when I make a right hand turn a lot and a rattle if I go over bumps.

The front driver side fender was never replaced when it shouldve been, the front passenger fender was hit and that tweaked the front bumper and the driver side fender as well as breaking a headlight. The paint is now peeling off where it meets the hood, my guess is because it had been bent. There wasn't any paint chipping on my car anywhere. Just a few scratches here and there. There is also a dent on the chrome trim on my driver side rear door that wasn't there before.

I had a rose in my windshield FROM MY MOTHER'S FUNERAL that meant a lot to me. Well the staff took it upon themselves to throw that rose away. Obviously if there's a flower in the windshield it's there for a reason. So mad and sad that, that rose was just thrown in the trash like it was nothing. Well, it may not have been nothing to them, but that rose meant A LOT to me
